Q: Do you ship to APO/AFO?
A: Absolutely, please contact us in advance of placing your order for a shipping quote. We use USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes to ship to all APO/AFO addresses.
Q: When should I order my wedding invitations?
A: You should generally begin the invitation shopping process at least 4 months before your wedding. Invitations are generally mailed 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding. You should allow yourself ample time for shipping from InviteDesigner.com, receipt of your invitations, and addressing of the invitations.
Q: When should I order my save the date cards?
A: Depending on the time of year of your wedding we suggest sending save the date cards from six months up to a year in advance of the wedding date. This is especially important if you are getting married on a holiday or during the busy summer months.

Q: How exactly does the "We Design, You Print - Wedding Programs" work?
A: First, you need to choose a program style, your choice is between Tea Length and Booklet. Once you have decided which style you'd like click on the "click to download" link and save the program template to a location on your computer that you will be able to find again. After you have downloaded the template you will want to open the file and personalize it with your program information. Don't worry too much about the formatting, this template is just meant as a way for you to tell us what information you want where. We will do the formatting for you.
After you have finished personalizing your template you will select a motif from the motif palette. We will incorporate this motif into the design of your program. If you have another idea for your program that you don't see on our motif palette, just let us know. We may already have a graphic that you can use, if not we can create custom graphics starting at $25.00.
Next, you will select your paper and ink colors. Our papers are between 70#-80# text weight, to give you a reference, most general printer paper is 24#, so we offer a nice, thick paper for our programs. All of our metallic (shimmery) papers need to be printed on a Laser Printer. Our non-metallic papers which are White Linen, Ecru Linen, Tutu, and Persimmon are safe for Inkjet. When selecting ink colors keep in mind they will be affected by the paper color you'll be printing on. You do not have to choose 2 different ink colors, if you'd like to use only one ink color just choose the same color for both the main and accent ink colors.
Lastly, you will select your fonts. The accent font is what we will use for the bride and groom's names as well as the headers like "Ceremony" and "Wedding Party." The main font will be used for the body of the program, you'll want to pick something readable.
After you've made all of your decisions you're ready to order. Start by clicking on the "browse" button next to where it says "upload your program template." Browse to the location on your computer where you saved your personalized program template, select the file, and then click "open." This will attach your file to your order. After you have uploaded your personalized template, select your choices for paper, ink, and fonts. Finally, select the quantity and click "add to cart."
Once your order is received we will begin creating your program proof. The following business day we will email you your program proof for your review. If you'd like to make any changes at this time you may, we will then update your proof and email you the revised version. Once you have approved your proof your designer will email you the completed file for printing. You will receive your file in Adobe .pdf format, most people already have the free Adobe software needed to open this file, but if not we will provide a link for downloading it. Simply open up your .pdf file and click print! Once you have printed the front side you will turn the page over and print the back side. After printing you can add ribbon or any other embellishment you might like.
