Rush Orders - We can almost always accommodate rush orders. If you need your order rushed please indicate in the “comments” section of your order or contact us directly at helpme@invitedesigner.com or 1.888.516.4171.

Custom Invitation Sets - Upon approval of proof InviteDesigner.com will immediately begin production. Completed invitation sets will be shipped within 14 days.

Ribbon/Paper - If ordered without a custom invitation order ribbon will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of order. If ordered with a custom invitation order ribbon will be shipped upon completion of entire order.

All Other Items - Â Will be shipped within 5 days of receipt of order.

Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges are per order. All orders will be shipped from InviteDesigner.com facilities within 14 days or less of receipt of order. Receipt of order by the customer is dependant on shipping method selected.

Shipping Options
InviteDesigner.com orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during “Checkout�.
Standard Service
• Most Standard orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from the order’s ship date.
2nd Day Service
• Most orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order’s ship date.
• We’re sorry. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO locations are not eligible for 2nd Day Service.
Overnight Service
• Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order’s ship date.
• We’re sorry. Orders destined for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO locations are not eligible for Overnight Shipping.

Returns
Non-Customized Items (Ribbon, Place cards, Boxed Thank You Cards, Etc.)
Non-customized items may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided they are unopened/uncut. InviteDesigner.com will refund 100% of the returned item’s price minus the cost of shipping. If you would like to return an item please call 888.516.4171 or e-mail returns@invitedesigner.com. You will be asked for the reason for your return and then given a return authorization number. Please clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of your shipment and ship to:

Your refund will be credited within 14 days of receipt of returned product.

Customized Items
We do not offer refunds on customized items unless there is an error made by InviteDesigner.com. We strongly encourage all customers to order our free swatch booklet before purchasing so that you can see all paper and ribbon colors in person. We also ask that you double check all of your customized items before purchasing to be sure that everything is spelled correctly and all choices that you have made are reflected.Â
